We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Manchester Mushroom Farm.

• We accept returns within 30 days of the sale date for products that are defective or damaged.
• To initiate a return, please email iain@manchesterfungi.com with your order details, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the product and its defect.
• If your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to mail the item back.
• Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the return label. If the item is not mailed within that time frame, the return request will be canceled.

We do not accept returns for perishable or used items unless they arrive defective.
